The Archaeo-Sexism Exhibition: Challenging Sexism in Archaeology
by Kayt Hawkins FSA with research from Laura Mary, Béline Pasquini and Ségolène Vandevelde
This lecture introduces the Archaeo-Sexism exhibition, a series of illustrated personal testimonies of sexism in archaeology, collated by Paye ta Truelle and the Archéo-Ethique Association. The testimonies highlight a range of individual experiences of sexist behaviours, with the aim of promoting diversity and equality through improved ethics in the world of archaeological research.
The Archaeo-Sexism exhibition is on from 4-14 July. Find out more about the exhibition here.
